Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. Here is exactly how
returns work.

The 30-day window

You have 30 days from the date you place your order to ask us for a return.
What we can take back

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Sphagnum moss is a
growing medium, so once a bag has been opened we are not able to resell it.

How to start a return

Email contact@dhgardencentre.com or call 604-929-7335 with your order
number. We book the return shipping and send you the label, and we cover
the cost. You do not need to find a courier and you do not pay anything to
send it back.

When you get your money back

Once the moss arrives back at our shop, we refund the card you paid with.

Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If your order arrives damaged or we send the wrong item

Email us a photo and we will either send a replacement or refund you in
full. This one is on us, so there is nothing for you to send back and
nothing for you to pay.
